Purchasing Products
When looking for a product to buy, you can add it to your chart to check if it's still available. If so, you can proceed with the purchase by clicking on the top right corner of the page where you see the little chart icon.
Creating an Account & Payment Details
In order to receive a personalized experience, you can decide to create an account to save your preferred payment and shipping method and receive exclusive sales. You will find all the accepted methods of payments either at the bottom of our product page or during the final stage of checkout.
Delivery & Shipping
Our delivery costs are set at a flat rate of €40,00 for all European countries and the United Kingdom, but the import taxes applied to this latter case are to be paid by the customer. Shipping time usually varies between two to three weeks.
Return & Exchanges
You can return any defective products by contacting our customer care service, and we will take care of the shipping costs. If you want to exchange a product because of a sizing issue, you will be charged the shipping costs.
